Fulfillment & Pickup Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, please note that we operate two different fulfillment models depending on the product category.


1. Televisions (Carrollton Warehouse)

All high-performance displays and TVs are stocked and managed at our Carrollton, TX warehouse.

  • Local Pickup: Available by appointment. Most units are in their original packaging and have been R2-certified for quality.

  • Shipping: We utilize premium logistics partners (including Walmart Fulfillment Services for eligible units) to ensure safe, palletized transit for larger displays.

  • FOB Origin: All TV shipments are sent FOB Origin. Our responsibility ends once the carrier leaves the warehouse; however, we specifically use carriers that provide transit damage protection to safeguard your investment.

  • Warranty: Televisions are sold AS-IS. We encourage local buyers to perform a full inspection and "power-on" test at our warehouse prior to departure.

2. Laptops & Tablets (Shipping Only)

Laptops and tablets are shipped directly from our specialized distribution partner. These units are not available for local pickup.

  • 14-Day RMA Window: We offer a 14-day Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) window starting from the date of delivery.

  • Coverage: Returns are accepted if the device is functionally defective or if the physical condition does not match the assigned Grade (A, B, or C).

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 14-day window. Units must be returned in the same condition received, with all original accessories and no BIOS/Apple ID locks.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns for "Buyer’s Remorse" (change of mind) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and processing costs.
