Refund policy
1. Televisions (Local Inventory)

Inspection Period: For all local pickups in Carrollton, TX, we offer a dedicated "Power-On & Inspection" window. We strongly encourage all buyers to fully inspect the display, pixels, and physical casing before leaving the warehouse.

Return Eligibility: Due to the fragile nature of large-format displays and the risk of damage during third-party transport, Televisions are sold AS-IS and are Final Sale.

Exchanges: If a unit is found to be functionally defective at the time of pickup, we will exchange it for an identical model (subject to availability) or provide a full refund. Once the TV leaves our facility, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
2. Laptops & Tablets (Shipped Inventory)

14-Day RMA Window: We provide a 14-day Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) period from the date of delivery.

Valid Return Reasons: Returns are accepted if the device is functionally defective or if the cosmetic condition does not match the assigned Grade (A, B, or C) as described in the listing.

Restocking Fee: Returns for "Buyer’s Remorse" (e.g., change of mind, found a better price elsewhere) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover our original outbound shipping costs and administrative processing.

Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for items with:

Water damage or physical damage caused after delivery.

Active BIOS, Apple ID, or iCloud locks.

Missing original components (chargers, batteries).

3. How to Initiate a Return (Laptops/Tablets Only)

Contact Us: Email us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue.

RMA Approval: If eligible, we will issue an RMA number and a return shipping address.

Shipping Back: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Important Legal Disclosures

FOB Origin: All items shipped from our warehouse are sent FOB Origin. Our legal responsibility for the condition of the goods ends once the carrier accepts the shipment. We recommend buyers ensure they are present for delivery to inspect for transit damage immediately.

Cancellations: Orders for laptops/tablets can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered the fulfillment process, the standard 14-day RMA policy applies.
