These units are unused warehouse inventory that has not been sold to end consumers. They have never been purchased, returned, or activated, and remain in original manufacturer packaging.

Box condition may show cosmetic wear from storage and handling; however, internal protective materials remain intact. All units are visually inspected for panel integrity prior to shipment.

All inventory is sold FOB (Free on Board). Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur in transit. For LTL shipments, we strongly recommend buyers secure their own freight insurance.

Warranty:
All items are sold AS-IS with no manufacturer or reseller warranty.

Functionality:
Units are sourced as unused inventory and are expected to be fully functional, having not been previously purchased or used by a consumer. Orders of 1–5 units are expected to meet standard functionality expectations, while bulk orders may include a small defect rate (approximately 3–5%), which is reflected in discounted pricing. All items should be inspected and tested upon receipt.

Returns / RMA:
All sales are final. DOA or defective units must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo or video proof for review. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, partial refund, or credit at our discretion. Box damage, minor cosmetic imperfections, and compatibility issues are not eligible for return. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to these terms.
